We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here's our return and refund process:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Products like cosmetics, hygiene items, or opened goods are not returnable

  • Order number

  • Photos (if defective/damaged)

  • Reason for return

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • Approved refunds are processed in 7–10 business days

  • Refunds for prepaid orders go to original payment method

  • COD refunds are issued via UPI/bank transfer

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards or free gifts

  • Health/personal use products

4. Replacements

Replacements are issued only for damaged/defective items. Contact us for eligibility.
